The Establishment Republicans, usually moderates, strive to 'get along' with people who have no intentions of getting along with them even if they complied with the narrative of 'tolerance, diversity and compassion they advance (smoke and mirrors, razzle dazzle in reality). They 'think/believe' that if they meet in 'the middle' they could then win elections. Win and then what? Carry out this 'image' of tolerance, diversity and compassion? Never happen. Do they suggest that Republicans must beat Democrats at their own game? It is better to 'win' or 'lose' for who you are. Then again, Establishment Republicans could very well 'be' who they are. The Yellow Line with Road Kill. Just a thought......
