If rebuilding after a disaster HELPS the Economy, why not just pick a few neigborhoods and burn them down on purpose? Then we can add the cost of buying the accelerant to our economic prosperity as opposed to wating for a lightening strike which is free. Think of how much gasoline could have been purchased in Indianapolis instead of waiting for just one gas leak to wipe out those houses? Why not just get hammers and just start breaking windows on our way to prosperity?
