The problem with the "death penalty for rape" argument is that very, very few people are ever sentenced to death due mainly to weak judges and prosecutors, and of those fewer still are ever actually executed. Even when they are executed it is, at a minimum, decades after the crime and everyone but the victims and their families have forgotten. Our socitey does not have the will to execute crimminals, only unborn babies.
