Prior to the election of Obama, I had no idea how distrustful and full of animosity the black race was towards white America. I honestly thought my black friends were friends. This is not a judgment. I had truly taken my black friends at their word. As a female, I am deeply offended by the pandering of the Democrat party, and I had hoped that black America was beginning to see them in the same light. Reading Rev's comments, I am deeply saddened that he suggests the Republican party needs to offer better goodies than the Dems to get votes. Would not a good paying job ultimately free the black community from dependence on whites or on government? Policies that kill the job market hurt the black community more than any other ethnic group.
