That's like trying to convince sinners to become Christians because it's a better way to live. I think it more effective to stress that they're being lied to and the consequences are dire. That, and it's their responsibility to do something about it; not ours to make it easy for them to have their cake and eat it too. Enough of the pandering to those who wish to remain irresponsible.
