I would like to see them at least stop the silent filibuster. Some effort on a Senator's part should have to go into stopping things in their tracks. Nothing I would like better that to see our do nothing Senate on the floor for hours or days on end talking to block a vote with the other side being forced to hang around with the hope that they stop talking and a vote can be taken. At least then, they would be earning a small fraction of their pay and benefits and would use the filibuster less often.
