There were precincts in Cleveland where Romney received no votes at all, but Gary Marshall did. It is disappointing that part of or culture (not a race, a culture) so demonizes the Republican party that no members of the community even consider it as a viable alternative even in the face of incompetence and fraud from they preferred elected representatives. Part of the fabric of their culture is the demonization of Republicans. It is woven into the way they believe, and the way they think, and the way they teach their children about the ways of the world. It is not just about getting things, it is about a belief that Republicans are evil even when they are proven not to be, and that Democrats are good, even when they are proven corrupt.
