"Get this: A whopping 65 percent of exit-poll respondents believe illegal immigrants working in the U.S. should be offered a chance to apply for legal status. Only 28 percent favor deportation. Can the Republican party get that through its thick skull?"
If 65% of exit-poll respondents said it was OK to rob banks, would that make it a good idea? I thought it was the responsibility of the government to enforce laws. If people REALLY think it's OK to open our borders and then let everyone that crosses them - including terrorists - to stay here, then change the law. But until then, lets ENFORCE THE LAW.
