I respectfully disagree. The fact is 68 percent of Republican voters did not vote in 2008 and 2012 when the party nominated liberals for President. Another fact is the Republicans took the House by a landslide in 2010 when the ran conservatives. This is simple. When the Republicans ran conservatives for office the Republican voters went to the polls and voted for them. When the Republicans ran liberals for office the Republican voters stayed home. That is the evidence and it is irrefutable. It is the conservative voters who are putting Republicans in office, not the moderates. The Republicans will continue to lose until they win back the conservatives.
