Kirk, exactly my point. Point, the Constitution and Dec of Independence are 17th century documents. They are frozen in time. The Dec of Independence cannot change. The Constitution can change, but it is very hard to change and when it does change it is sometimes wrong, like Prohibition. We live in an information age not an industrial age. After WWII we were the only economy left standing. Today there is a Global economy. American Exceptionalism is an opiate.
