When a study basis assumes that people living in a dirt hut, near the point of starvation are receiving care that is on par with people that live in an industrialized nation, with the highest standard of living in the world, I have to say BS! Reality dictates that the study only takes into account medical issues common here, they ignore death from malaria, starvation, etc. I could do the same thing, and say Nigeria has superior care.
