Dec-16-2009 - Obama Amends-Expands Reagan's E-O-12425, that declared INTERPOL a public-Intl-Org:
BHO: "By the authority vested in me as Pres by the USC, laws of the USA, including Sec-1, 1945-Intl-Orgs-Immunities-Act 22-USC-288, in order to extend the appropriate privilegs, exemptns, immunities to the Intl-Crmnl-Police-Org INTERPOL,
it's hereby orderd that E-O-12425, June-16-1983, is further amended by deleting from the 1st line the words "except those provided by Secs, 2c, 3-6 of that Act;"
Sec-2-c now applies to INTERPOL:
"Property, assets of Intl-Orgs, wherevr located, by whomsoevr held, shall be immune from search, unless it be expressly waived, and from confiscation. The archives of Intl-Orgs shall be inviolable."
