Obama lost in every state requiring a photo ID. Indiana, my home, is one of those states, yet in 2008, before the photo ID law was passed, Obama won Indiana.
Indiana has roughly the same demographics it had in 2008 when Obama won my state. Did all those people change their votes? Indiana has blacks, Hispanics, women, college students more than a lot of other states, and all those people (supposedly) voted for Obama in 2008 BEFORE the state had its picture ID law. In 2012, curiously, Mitt Romney took the state.
If the economy caused Hoosiers to swing to Romney, why didn’t that happened in other states? If Indiana is just a super-conservative state, why did it go for Obama in 2008? Does anyone else see something really wrong here?
