I understand that the dinner table is where most families have their conversations with their children and it has been more difficult over the years. However, I have managed to bring up two daughters who are in their twenties, registered Republicans, and vote every year. We didn't have a lot of dinner time talk but they did have parents who believed that politics was a subject that is not off limits. I am a very outspoken conservative and they have heard my views since before they were old enough to understand what I was talking about. They heard it in the car on the way to the malls, grocery shopping and school. They heard it in the evening when we watched the evening news. Heck, they heard it the first time I saw the movie "Seven".
