What's just such a hoot is how so many conservatives complain about the supposed bias of the mainstream media, but they don't seem to grasp that it represents the views of the "mainstream." Then, they tell you Fox News is not part of the mainstream, but in the next breath will tell you how big their ratings are... So, is "mainstream" defined by appealing to the majority, or by being big? Fox has strong ratings, the WSJ is the largest circulation daily newspaper in the US, and the largest audience talk radio personalities are all conservative---Rush, Hannity, Savage. So what's the gripe about the "mainstream media" being biased? They are, just not the way you intended your whine to come out.
