I'm not buying into our educational system, for which I hold little love, as being the culprit here. It contributed only by filling a void in these youngsters, a void that was cleaved open by the deterioration of the family and parents abandoning their roles to raise their kids. The problem is a little closer to home int that it is IN the home!
