Steve----they were here in 2008 as well. They are being sponsored, and pushed onto the states by Leftist and Liberal groups. It's entirely a state's issue to allow the UN in as observers, with intentions for a greater role in the future. It is incumbent upon the citizenry to contact state officials to voice concerns and any pushback in this trend.
