CA is not just about welfare; our state is owned by the Union thugs that include state employees and the teachers' unions. They all contribute heavily to all Democrat candidates and this is the reason our state capital has been run by liberal Democrats who are bought and paid for by the big labor Unions! CA is on it's last breath.
