The only good thing, if there is such a good thing is that this will end up at the Supreme Court and the good justices will, once again, have to justify their disregard of the Constitution if they fail to rule on the law. The other good think is that if the city wins, it will cost them more to seize the property than it is worth. PD's with the mentality exhibited here are usually grossly mismanaged and corrupt...so the taxpayers will see exactly zero benefit.
