This is the black version of the KKK. They used to do these kind of intimidating things too, and they used to get away with it. Of course, it "looks" like they're just giving out water, and they will say that's all they're doing...but their unwillingness to abide by the rules, their "message" in doing so, is to intimidate. The KKK is back, and instead of sheets, they wear NAACP labels. And in permitting them to get away with this, we ensure the next, bigger, bolder step.
