Excellent points, Jerome. Prager, is on one hand, defending anti gay discrimination, yet is revisionist on the mindsets of the people willing to do the same against blacks, women, Jews, etc. Prager also defended the ban on gays in the military too. It's not the target here that is deserving, it's the mindset behind wanting to discriminate against gay people who are shouldering the same responsibilities as ALL citizens, and can. That mindset, is de facto: NOT good. Because the POLICY isn't good. It's outright as extremely harmful as racism. And the roots of it ARE animus, and it doesn't protect a tradition, or intent of marriage, any more than Jim Crow protected white people, or same race marriage and the children that resulted.
