You crybabies haven't gotten over it yet. " The outcry was because the Supreme Court in a partisan, one-time-only decision, stopped the vote counting in Florida and appointed the President. When they finally were all counted, it turned out Gore would have won FL. There was a little grumbling about the EC, but that wasn't the big issue. I'm sure Gore still has nightmares about the court.
