When Democrats pass legislation supporting bankrupt companies like Solyndra, and Solar One, and a battery company where no one works because there is no work to be done etc., that is an example of CRONY CAPITALISM. Anyway just because one political party works to pass legislation it doesn't justify another from passing even more bogus bills to fleece the U.S. taxpayer.
