The same answer as #2--NO ONE! Ergo, the DREAM Act is a farce, because no one is going to check that the criteria are being met, and no one will get deported. You people who support the DREAM Act are either lying to us (because you know no one will be deported, no matter what), or you are lying to yourself. Of course who really cares about the law, right?
