IF the Michigan "union grab" gets voted in, I would like to see the Michigan legislature enact "right-to-work" legislation. Collective bargaining "rights" are (already) enshrined in federal law. The companion proposal to be voted on regarding "home-health-care workers" does the same thing--it would guarantee the SEIU 6 million dollars that they already receive (per year) while doing absolutely NOTHING for the "home-health-care-workers". This union "money grab" was instituted by former democrat governor jennifer granholm. C'mon Michigan legislators--we NEED "right-to-work" legislation. NO person should be forced to join an organization that they may disagree with.
