I agree unless residents are allowed to hold parties or other activities in common areas as often happens in a group living type places: a group can reserve an area for a specific activity. I would have no problem with a muslim group or a morman group or some other group wanting to use an area for a purpose for a certain time as long as it's standard practice. If they can have a knitting club or chess tournament they could have some sort of religious group as long as any religious group is allowed.
