For ten years, during the same time he was getting Bain Capital started, when most businessmen would be putting every spare minute into making sure their new enterprise succeeded, Mitt Romney devoted 20 to 30 hoyrs every week to unpaid church servuce as a leader of congregations in Boston. And as pastor, he met with those who were unemployed and helped them find jobs and administered financial aid and provided food from the unique Mormon system of farms, food canneries, and warehouses that provide supplies for the needy and those affected by disasters like Superstorm Sandy. (The Mormons have prepositioned trucks with essential supplies throughout the affected coastal states.) Mitt Romney PERSONALLY took care of people in poverty.
