Lots of people died in Iraq under Bush's watch, but just as many if not more have died under Obama's watch. Under Bush's watch, Iraq and Afghanistan were Liberated from destructive totalitarianism under Bush. Under Obama's watch, Egypt, Lybia, and now Syria are falling to violent sectarian destruction. Under Bush's watch, Iran was weakening as a supporter of global terrorism and becoming less of an anti-Western threat. Under Obama's watch, Iranian war technology has advanced significantly. Under Obama's watch, anti-Western and specifically anti-U.S. sentiment across the Middle-East has increased significantly.
