As in all of their schemes, liberals use a 'test-tube' schematic that never takes into account all of the variables that might--and usually do--occur. Changes, especially radical changes, always bring about behavioral changes that either circumvent or cancel out the desired effects of those changes. For example, The Affordable Health Care Act is going to make us a part-time nation, because employers are going to reduce all workers to part-time status to avoid the costs. How does that give us affordable health care or affordable anything?
