I admit that I have had trouble remembering which man was the one who made the really awful and very dumb remark that if a woman was raped in" a legitimate rape" her body would not allow her to get pregnant. That was Mr. Akin. Mourdock is a good man. It seems that both men are good men. Holding fast to their belief. I respect that. I also note that more men, just as is this author of the above article is a man, has never had to actually face a pregnancy from rape or incest or the potential death if pregnant- and that is unfortunate since it causes a mental block from the men who are trying to be fair as well as hold Christian values.
