It is impossible to limit one's entertainment choices only to those with whom you agree. Many bestselling authors are no less liberal than those from Hollywood, as are many bookstore employees. I suppose you could limit yourself to ebooks from sites such as Project Gutenberg, but you still have to have some kind of electronic device -- computer, ereader, smart phone, etc -- on which to read those books. Those electronic devices tend to be developed in highly liberal west coast enclaves such as Silicon Valley or Seattle. Patronizing the library is just passing the buck, as the library still has to be buy the books and use your tax dollars to do so. Plus, librarians tend toward the liberal end of the spectrum, based on my experience.
