It would appear that, to Obama, it would have been "more optimal" if the Benghazi assault had occurred on November 11. It certainly was "not optimal" from his point of view for it to happen in the middle of his re-election campaign. Then again, he probably thinks it's "not optimal" that he is unexpectedly having to actually work to win this time. He thinks it's "not optimal" that Mitt was so inconsiderate as to not have a convenient divorce in his past so Barry could illegally release the details and divert Mitt's attention. And he thinks it's "not optimal" that the American people have his record to look at, instead of being swayed by meaningless slogans like "Hope & Change" this time. He redefines "not optimal" to a new low.
