I am proud of Mitt's record for women in the workplace. The first step to correcting any issue is recognizing it. Then to dig into what was needed for women in the workplace to find it was flexibility. Mitt recognizes problems, gets input, analyses situations and gets results. Definable results when Massachussett's was recognized as having the most women in leadership positions including his Lt Governor. Obama's White house has had complaints of hostile workplace and the average woman's salary is only 77% of the men. (Source is whitehouse.gov for 2011 salaries as reported to Congress) Meaning that there is a glass ceiling problem of women in higher paid positions.
