You know we wouldn't have this fool in the WH except for Sen Ted Kennedy. In Mar 1970 he pushed the bill that lowered the voting age from 21 to 18 essentially saying that people being eligible to be drafted and sent to Viet Nam should have the right to vote. Fine. But I feel that once we went "all volunteer" it should have been repealed EXCEPT for those serving in the military between the ages of 18 to 21. That would have eliminated all the immature "children" from the voter rolls and probably would have prevented elections from turning into "Who's The Coolest!".
