That would be about the best I can expect from Congress. The US Constitution was passed in 1787. Congress has been passing "laws" and doing "things" for some 223 years since then. Really...how many more laws do we need?
Virtually (as opposed to Biden's overuse of the word 'literally') every time Congress "does something", we lose a bit more liberty, a bit more treasury, or more likely, BOTH.
A good Congress does nothing. A better Congress would start rolling back all of the unconstitutional "responsibilities" that the Feds have usurped since Progressivism began.
