I have heard the pundits say that Biden's laugh and smirks are coming across like Gore's sighs and that he should controll them....I don't think he can controll them. You can't automatically turn off your body language, it's ingrained. He is just physically showing what he is really thinking...he has no respect, no manners, no humility at all. He is a clown.
