I am a strict Constitutionalist! Many Tea-Party people say they are too. If a power is not explicitly given to the federal government, then it's a power left to the states. Many Tea Party people say Obama did not do enough to fix the BP oil disaster. I say, he did too much! Can someone point out to me where in the U.S. Constitution that the federal government is responsible for cleaning up oil spills? The U.S. Constitution clearly says oil disaster is for the states to deal with. The federal government has no responsibility or power granted by the aforementioned constitution to get involved at all.
