I guess RMoney's tax plan is great for people with no deductions or tax reduction strategies (unlike RMoney, who deducts a lot of mortgage interest and uses offshore tax loopholes): those with no deductions get a lower effective tax rate, because they get the new RMoney tax bracket. But what about me, someone whose effective tax rate is lower because I can deduct mortgage interest and other expenses? I end up paying more, probably, because I can no longer deduct mortgage interest..............
1) why should you have a lower rate then someone earning the same with less deductions?
2) Romney has not said he will eliminate deductions because it is the Congress that will decide that.
3) I thought Libs were for paying more?
