Page 57, paragraph 4 from the Progs manual:
"... early detection of a liberal candidates weaknesses are critical to success. You must identify those flaws, weaknesses, and issues as early as possible and then begin to accuse the conservative candidate of those same failures. Repeat the accusations as often and possible. Under no circumstances are you to pay attention to any arguments of "facts" that could possibly dilute or change your arguments. This process is to be repeated each time the liberal candidate issues any kind of statement and the closer you are to the election, the more specific you must be with the accusations aimed at the conservative candidate...."
