No such thing as raising taxes on the "rich". The "rich" can always move their income to a different source, or a different time, while the salary/wage earner cannot. This is why Obama and his fellow Regressives do not want to do anything with deductions, credits, or loopholes - they are the party of government by the rich, of the workers, for the rich.
