Mr President, why is your administration encouraging defense contractors to violate the law requiring them to give 60 days notice prior to layoffs resulting from gubmint cutbacks and offering to pay their legal bills if they are sued for following your suggestions? A follow up question, how do such actions not fit the legal definition of bribery?
