And just WHY do we tax income? I have yet to see ANYONE explain why taxing INCOME is the best way to fund our government. The only reason I see is that the politicians can alter just what "income" is at any time they want. Give me a system that taxes only consumption (Fair Tax) and then we are all treated EQUAL.
