Based on the repeated observation that the media has been in the tank for the dems for a very long time, I find the deliberate use of polls oversampling dems to be far more likely...and scary. It's just like what Eastwood said about Obama being the greatest hoax ever perpetrated against on American people. I've been listening to Hugh Hewitt for a good 10 years now, and he is not desperate. 2008 was desperate. There is a noticeable excitement and energy on the Republican side. There are other polls that keep popping up that question the media's narrative as well, such as the one that had Romney leading in NH, and the one that just came out today showing him only 2 points behind in PA. I haven't seen the sample data in those polls though.
