One will do better than the other - either through ones bad luck or the others good. Is one a victim? Only of chance, but chance IS a factor in our lives, whether we wish to admit it or not. Lastly - stop blaming and shaming the poor. Imagine an economy with no working poor. Can you? Its not economically feasible. We rely on the poor - whether here or abroad - to provide us with cheap items. No matter what economies need the poor in order to survive.
