You do realize that "pay no federal income tax" and "get government assistance" are not the same thing, right? I'll take Mr. Romney's word for it that 47% of the population have zero Federal Income Tax liability, but I find it to be an utterly astounding coincidence that the percentage of the population that recieves any sort of governmental assistance is exactly the same! In fact, I do not believe it. Corporations do not explicitly enjoy all the Rights and Freedoms of Human Beings, but some such Rights (ex Freedom of Speech) are explicitly so granted.
