as if Romney hasn't made some of the most stupid gaffes one could make too. To ask Akin to step down was part of the mentality of the goofiness of the non pro-life Romney. He would love to get rid of truly pro-life people that would hold him accountable. In fact, I'm betting he would not have chosen Ryan, if it wasn't politically expedient for him to do so.
After all, don't forget, Ryan was there in WI when Willard broke the law by serving sub sandwiches and encouraging the vote.
