Still standing his ground, I agree, BUT, find me a governor with enough guts to do it. Many if not most states have gotten so beholden financially to the federal gov't that they can't resist without junking what's left of their budgets. They've stuck themselves between a rock and a hard place and getting out would be seriously painful.
