If I a man, lift 75 lbs daily n my work and the woman lifts no more than 30lbs, is it equal work? If we both lift 75lbs, but I have missed fewer days and was hired a year before the woman, should we be paid exactly the same? Answer is no... Assuming the employer gives merit increases.
