Multiple studies have shown that conservatives are significantly more generous to charity than Lefties. A New York Times articles from nearly two years ago noted that very conservative people on average gave four times the percentage of their income that very liberal people did on average. The more conservative one is the more generous on average. The Left say they want to help the poor but they want to do so with other people's money. Conservatives don't make a big deal about it, they just do it and they do so with their own assets.
