I am taking my autistic daughter to a job experience at a thrift store every day along with college classes every day. That's at least 80 miles a day, sometimes more, and we live in the State of Confusion (California). It's what she needs to learn how to be self sufficient, but it sure is taking a huge bite out of our budget with the high price of gas here. She could get a mass transit pass and ride through dangerous areas where women have been dragged off of the trolley and attacked, OH OOPS!!! The greenies didn't want to admit that in their plan to get everyone out of cars.
